Calling Card Number Maintenance Notice

We’re currently going through a maintenance procedure for our access numbers, and while this is happening, the process for making a call has temporarily changed.

Please call the Local access number as usual.

Calling international numbers remain the same. However, if you are calling another NZ mobile or landline number you will need to add 0064 in front of the number.

Example calling to an Auckland landline number:

Step 1: Access number: 09 123 4567

Step 2: Enter 10-digit PIN number: 1234567890

Step 3: Landline Number: 0064 9 123 4567

Mobile Number: 0064 21 123 4567

This is only temporary and should be returned back to the old number format over the next week.
